CNC Milling Services — Custom Machined Components in China

Beyond turning, Mingchen machines prismatic and complex components on CNC machining centers: brackets, housings, plates, blocks and mixed parts with slots, holes, pockets, threads and tight faces — manufactured from drawings or samples with the same precision discipline as our turning lines.

What We Machine on CNC Milling Centers

Milling is the right process when features sit on several faces — pockets, stepped profiles, precision holes and threaded holes. Our machining centers handle these parts in small batches and production runs, with the workshop scheduling flexible enough to mix prototypes and repeat orders.

Brackets & Mounts

Structural and mounting hardware with drilled, tapped and countersunk holes in consistent positions.

Housings & Enclosures

Boxes, covers and housings with machined faces, pockets and bores for assembly fit.

Plates & Blocks

Precision plates, spacers and blocks with slots, grooves, pockets and tight thickness control.

Milling Features We Produce Regularly

  • Drilled, reamed and tapped holes with controlled positions
  • Slots, keyways, grooves and stepped profiles
  • Pockets and recesses for inserts, bearings and fasteners
  • Machined faces and datum surfaces for assembly and alignment
  • Contours and radii on non-standard custom hardware
  • Combined turn-mill components where a part needs both round and prismatic features

Common Questions

Do you mill prototypes as well as production batches?
Yes. Prototypes and pilot batches are a normal part of the workflow before committing to larger volumes.
Can you hold tight tolerances on milled plastic parts?
Plastics behave differently from metals; we recommend discussing tolerances for nylon/POM parts with engineering before quoting.
What drawing formats do you accept?
PDF drawings plus STEP, IGES, DXF or DWG files all work well. Send the tolerance callouts and surface notes if the drawing includes them.
